I recently moved to outside of Denver and started climbing again after having a couple ankle surgeries. My left ankle has started acting up again and there is a possibility I may need a second surgery due to failed microfracture. I saw 1 doc already who wanted to do microfracture again but I did not feel like he was the one I would want for my surgery. Please shoot me some suggestions :)

I'd go to the Steadman clinic in Vail.  I don't know the ankle doctors there, but Tom Hackett is the best on shoulders.  Period.
As for a PT, I go to Jennifer Vaughan at Physical Therapy Plus in Arvada.  She's the tops.

Climbing guides all recommended to Dr. Kristin Carpenter for PT at Mend. She’s great for PT.

Dr Lori Fulkerson at Boulder Center for Orthopaedics. I had ankle surgery for a destroyed talus. She also performed a Biceps tenotomy. I have several friends who've also seen her with great results.

I just had Dr Metzl with the UCHealth Steadman Hawkins clinic perform surgery on my ruptured Achilles from an outdoor bouldering fall. Great surgery team and they performed an MRI prior to confirm there was no other ankle/bone damage and was planning to follow up with a CT scan if there was. Of course still waiting to see the long term results but mentioned he just worked on two other pro climbers. He specializes in ankle/tendon repair.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
