Room is furnished with a queen bed/nightstand and has its own sink and vanity.  A very sweet tenant rents the other guest room and is rarely home. Backyard has chiminea, nice patio, and raised garden bed. Full kitchen with gas range and everything you need.  Lease would be month to month with shared utilities.
