Does anyone have the weight differences for these bindings?

I just bought some approach BC CC Ski's and have a pair of 400's and 404's but am wondering if I should wait to get 500's before mounting

Thank you all in advance.

I have both 404 and 500s mounted on skis currently, so I can’t quantify the difference for you other than to say I found the difference “significant and satisfying”

Thanks Mark. I supposed the 404 and 500 are the same square 4 bolt pattern?

4 screws, but pattern is slightly different

Lou Dawson has some good writeups on both in his binding museum, but the 500 is markedly lighter:

404 Weight: 36.3oz, 1027 g (one binding, with screws) https://www.wildsnow.com/backcountry-skiing-history/binding-museum-backcountry-skiing/silvretta-404-backcountry-skiing-alpine-touring-binding/

500 Weight: 29 ounces, 814 grams  (one binding with screws, no brake) wildsnow.com/backcountry-sk…

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
