Updated a release of the movie

Does anyone know anyone who donated to grab a digital copy of this? I reached out hoping for a response, but never heard back (will update if I do hear back) ... It's too late to donate now.

I want to get a copy and honestly, goofy or not, this needs to be shared and I'd be willing to shell out a few bucks for a copy of it!

Jesus, 98 backers pledged $20,000?

So like the average donation was over $200?

I like indie film abominations as much as the next person but doubt I'd like it $200 much

The numbers are a bit skewed. 6 people donated almost half of that (8k) wow!

The top 2 backers get a 2 day guided climb up Cathedral OR Tenaya. Not sure how that works. It's certainly no Grade V real deal Killer Pillar.

there is a low percent chance that one of those 73 people who get the digital copy even see this message.... but the world needs to find out what happens!

do they get down, by going up?

Maybe the REAL Grade V are the friends we made along the way.

Booooooooo

Why would they post a closed showing here for his Kickstarter supporters? It's not like they don't have the contact info for the supporters

So what ever happened with this film, is it streaming yet? Direct to video, priced to own? If I am at Wal-Mart will I see it in a huge bin of Travolta movies?
Anyone know where one can see it from the safety of ones quarantined sleeping bag?  Ohhhhh... so many questions.

From an earlier thread: Great Movie of No?

Definitely Whitney Portal. I identified some of the climbs:

Boulder problem at the beginning is Hero Roof (V0) at the Buttermilks https://cdn-files.apstatic.com/climb/106115654_medium_1494080060.jpg

At 0:41 he's climbing Gangway 5.12a (slightly lower than the climber in this photo https://www.mountainproject.com/photo/112302379)

At 0:43 they're on No Country for Old Men 5.10c (3rd pitch "enduro corner" https://www.mountainproject.com/photo/107213892)

Nice view of Mt. Whitney at 1:39 (well, technically the various needles to the left/south of the the actual summit http://www.destination360.com/north-america/us/california/images/s/climb-mt-whitney.jpg)
