I can find no mention anywhere online of BAFFLED construction for this jacket. Your photos to my eye confirm that this is SEWN THROUGH construction.  But hey, maybe your definition of baffled is different from what the industry has used for decades.

The Sub Zero SL jackets have always been baffled construction. I've owned several. That said, I think the down quality in these since the Columbia acquisition is garbage...

There are two kinds of baffles.  Sewn though and boxed.  Boxed baffles eliminate the cold spot inherent with sewn through.

Fair, but “sewn through” was always “sewn through”. A baffle by definition is box construction as literally the baffle is the wall between the inner and our fabrics. Again, the SL model (different from the standard sub zero) is boxed baffled. I just checked the old parka in my closet.

This was one of the “it” down jackets in the early 2000’s. Very durable, heavily water resistant, and warm. Excellent belay jacket... They’re are better jackets for $300, now if it was listed for $150 someone would be able to get a lot out of it.

Well I stand corrected - thanks for the clarification.
