FIXE an unknown brand ?

HI guys

I was thinking of buying the FIXE Orion V2 Quickdraw Set. They have a nice dog bone and bent gate.

But zero reviews exist online for any of FIXEs gear. I find this strange and it makes me hesitant to buy. Has anyone heard of the brand FIXE?
Thanks

You’ve almost certainly clipped into a fixe bolt.

Fixe USA is in Bishop.  They list carabiners on their website, but no draws.

EpicTV is reputable. Fixe is reputable. Everything looks fine to me. EpicTV has their "gear geeks" to answer your questions regarding the gear.

Faders and Fixe are long time Spanish climbing gear companies that merged a decade ago.  I have a set of Faders draws that are 15+ years old and the carabiners still have great gate action. I replaced the dog bones a few years ago but couldn’t justify tossing the ‘biners as they still work great.

You should be fine.  Climbing has been a mainstream national sport in Spain for a long time. Like others have said, Fixe hangers are very common on sport routes in the US that have been installed since about 2000.

You have absolutely clipped Fixe bolt hangers before. They’re everywhere. If you’ve ever seen a little lizard imprint on a bolt, that’s Fixe.

A few months ago, I was super psyched to find I have box of SS Faders anchor setups. Those are the best hangers.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
