I've had my current Guide Tennies for 2 full years (since June 2017) and they are still going strong. That includes a bunch of long approaches (Bugaboos, Valhallas, and lots of Cascades alpine rock routes) and using them at the local crags. The construction is pretty durable, but the flip side is they are not breathable and they soak up a lot of water on glaciers. Just wanted to provide a counterpoint to the poster above me, as experiences do vary. I think all 3 are pretty well regarded shoes so you probably can't go wrong.
I have used the TX4 and now have the Mescalitos. I don't think one is better than the other. The TX4 seems to be wider than normal sportive shoes so the fit is similar as well. I would go with which ever you can get a better deal on.
