The title says it all, I was wondering what the best guidebook for Boston area climbing is (i.e. Hammond Pond, Quincy Quarries, etc). A couple that I have heard about would be Boston Rocks and Rock Climbing New England but all suggestions are welcome.
A friend of mine is moving to Boston shortly & am also curious. I'd like to get them a book before the move!

Rock climbing NE has a very incomplete list of routes. Boston Rocks has a lot more info, but then you look at it and realize that there really is not that much climbing around Boston. Hammond and Quincy quarries are only good for afterwork. Within 1 hour drive, Crow Hill has a few steep trad classics and Redrock reservation in Gloucester has excellent friction slabs. Any further you might as well go to Rumney or climb traprock in central CT.
