Black Diamond GridLock Screwgate left on platform at start of 2nd pitch on Wherever I May Roam at Smith Rock

While transitioning between lead belaying and climbing at the start of the third pitch of Wherever I May Roam, I dropped a locking carabiner (GridLock Screwgate) yesterday, and it landed on the platform at the start of the second pitch.  Opted not to go back to retrieve it.  It's there for whoever claims it first :-)

Hey Aaron. I picked up your screwgate carabiner at the top of pitch one.
The screwgate is not in the condition I would ever keep or use it! See photo. Those bent out points are sharp!

File it down and good to go?

File it down and/or save it to spruce up a rap station somewhere out in the wild!
