Hi Climbers I'm ending my 6 Month Roadtrip through the Us on the 22nd of August in the Los Angeles Area and looking to sell my car around that time. As a fellow climber whom I met on my travels mentioned that my car would be perfect for a climber and mentioned this forum, I'm trying my luck here. It's a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country LX with currently 137333 miles on the clock. It has a built in bedrack+matress, a little table, 5 boxes with loads of space to store all your gear and a slide out table. Everything I built in is easily removable so that you can also have a normal 7 seater vor everyday use. With it comes some camping gear that I can't take home with me. As for the price I was thinking something around 3500$ but that's negotiable.

Nice camper mod. Someone near LA will love it and buy in a heartbeat. I was thinking about a camper mod to my '02 T&C to wheel-tow my motorcycle from Fort Worth to Maine, following the Fall colors back to Texas and attending my 50th high school reunion in upstate New York. Did you find plans or design everything yourself? Would appreciate plans & parts information. Thanks and good luck.

Hi Glen, I did design it myself but in fact it's super easy as home Depot,Lowe etc. will cut you your top sheet and supports to your desired length so you just have to measure it out and screw it together. I used a plywood top sheet and 9 support beams so it won't bend. As you can see in the pictures my second row seats fold down to create the other part of the "bed". If you have the stow n go seats you might need a different layout than I did.
