Can anyone tell me what the different symbols mean on this route map from The Crag?

I'm assuming the arrows mean walk-offs, the white circles mean bolted anchors, and the Xs and Ts mean route bolts, but I can't figure out what difference the Xs and Ts are meant to indicate.

Circle usually means natural anchor(tree or slung boulder, x is bolts, t is trad anchors?
I'd look for legend from the guidebook you're getting this pic from.

The Ts could be carrot bolts?

Yep, the T shaped ones are carrots, sometimes noted as "BR" - Bolt Runner, compared to the X's which can be RB (glue-in ring bolt) or FH (fixed hanger). You might need to look through some of the ascent commentary because carrots here aren't always the same size so certain brands of bolt plates won't fit over them - always good to carry a few nuts to slip over them if you get an odd-sized one.

The arrow would usually mean route continues onward / off picture, though it can also imply that the route tops-out.

As noted, T is carrot bolt, X is a normal bolt (or similar), but not all topos have this correct as the input prompt was... confusing to non-Aussies a few years back.

The open circle would be a belay -- if it was a circle & downward arrow it would be a lower-off or rappel location.

This is the gear you’ll need for Carrot bolts. Can you even buy “bolt plates” in the US?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
