Does anyone have a recommendation for long sleeve climbing shirts that are durable and comfortable to climb in?

Thanks

Icebreaker makes a nice looking cool tech shirt that I'm looking at. It's super pricey though.

Ansell makes a cut resistant stretchy arm sleeve. I like to wear short sleeve t shirts with an arm sleeve because I find that such more comfortable than a long sleeve shirt.

for vedauwoo, the desert, and other places where clothing is quite temporary, i just to to the thrift store and buy whatever long sleeve t-shirt is cheapest.

I don’t wear that brand but I came across it when looking for arm sleeves for myself. For me, my skin is so fragile that it even tears on shrubs and stuff on the approach. I just wear either thin nylon ones or thicker cotton knit ones. Have definitely noticed it saving my skin on wider stuff!

If you want to look as cool as me (IE hideously uncool) you could get these: amazon.com/gp/product/B07HF…;psc=1

Super cheap but very cool (unwarm) so far for me, I wanted a non-hoodie sun shirt that would still protect my neck cause I hate sunscreen.

Another option I like:

On the more expensive end and a hoodie I like:

I buy used Prana button-downs from Poshmark. $80 shirts for $20.

Interesting.  Is poshmark a website?

Check out stuff marketed toward fly fisherman from your favorite outdoor brands.  The shorts tend to be long sleeve button ups, with great sun protection, ventilation, quick-dry materials, and pockets.

Yes, like internet Goodwill. The three shirts (Prana & Kuhl) I've bought from there have been like-new.

Rab: ventus, boreas, (both discontinued - check ebay) or the borealis. Pull-ons.
Work great, breathe great, hold up to climbing great, even block wind well, but never feel hot or clammy. Awesome first layers for climbing and backpacking even in sunny/warm weather. For actual hot weather, a sun hoody is the next lighter step. Otherwise, I no longer wear short sleeves when climbing thanks to these shirts. Similar to how I stopped climbing in shorts after getting Prana Zion pants. No burn, no sunblock, protection from rock and shrubs, etc.

I've always got Rab gear at solid discounts, just search around on google - I'd never pay $95 for a climbing shirt (or over $50), just like I wouldn't pay over $40 for new Zions, and usually score them for $25-35/pair.

Ditto. Crazy to spend designer bucks like prana for something that's going to get shredded in short order. Unfortunately, rugby shirts are increasingly hard to find these days in the thrift stores.

Long sleeve wicking running shirts work for me - can go with cheapo from Target or spend more $ at running shop.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
