In terms of off-road capability, this van has handled the drive the black velvet, the road to the new area-51 parking in Joe's, and various other adventures around Moab and Indian Creek. The larger tires (which do not rub) give superior clearance and off-road capabilities impossible by the promaster. Also cheaper to maintain than the promaster or sprinter as it's a Ford that can be fixed by pretty much any mechanic in North America.
