I’d say early 2000’s. That’s the old BD logo and they changed to the current one in like 2003 or so. They also had striped webbing like that around that time. Might be enduro carabiners, too. |

They are rated in kN and not kg, so that's a clue. |

I threw the dogbones away and use the draws as leaver biners and I believe they are early 2000's. |
