The Cap 4 hoody is awesome. Compared to an R1 it is actually more versatile as it breathes much more during aerobic output. It is slightly less warm, but still very warm and lighter than the R1. There are some good threads on BPL comparing the two. |

I also prefer this hoody to the R1. They call it Thermal Weight now instead of Cap4, which might help you sell it quicker. |
