What are the some economical and efficient ways for me to get to Red Rocks from the Vegas airport without having to rent a car? For scheduling purposes, coordinating a carpool will likely not work for me. Thanks.

In reality, Vegas is a terrible place for public transportation. As such, if you insist on not renting a car (which honestly is the best thing here), your only other real options are Uber or a taxi. They can drop you off out there, and you'll then have to do a lot of walking or hitchhiking to get around.
I don't know if you have a spot reserved at the Red Rock campground, but otherwise the only free legal camping you can really find that is nearby is out on Lovell Canyon Rd, although this is not within walking distance of Red Rock at all. If you want to camp in the Red Rock campground, you may be able to find somebody that has a spot that will let you set up with them, although I wouldn't totally count on it.

Climbing in Red Rock, without a car, doesn't sound like fun. And possibly not much climbing.

Once you get out to Red Rock it is super easy to hitchhike around the park, I did it with my friend and his dog even. The hard part is getting out of LV. We rented a uhaul for a day to get food and stuff out there and then we stayed at the walk in sites and dropped off the uhaul. We were able to hitchike back out once we dropped off the uhaul but there is also a bus route out to Summerlin if you do not get picked up which was our backup plan (however it seemed convoluted). The Blm sites are too far away so pretty much your stuck staying at the campground, but hopefully you can find some nice people to partner up with.

Every time someone tries to do the Vegas/RR thing without a car I just shake my head. This place is enough of a hassle as it is, why make it a complete cluster? Spend a little money, and if you want to skimp on the rental car a bit, rent from an off-site (ie: not at airport) rental place. Saves you on tax.
If you're going to do something, do it right, or go somewhere else that you don't need those things to make it a quarter-decent trip.

If you’re traveling light (IE no crash pads, small or minimal trad rack, 1 rope, etc...) renting, borrowing or buying a bicycle in town could make for a fun trip. I would personally get a road bike or cyclocross style. With this you should be able to ride to and from town for provisions and ride around the loop to climb.

Thanks, guys. Looks like I would need to either come when cheaper rental is available or not climb here. I have climbed here before but was holding out hope that there are greener modes of transportation that I didn't know about.

Yeah, just not the best place to do this. With uber you could almost, almost. But inside the loop road your sol.
