Any Physical Therapists that are climbers in Seattle (or Wenatchee)?

Well..I tore my UCL (that's the inside of the elbow) bouldering.  Now I need to find a good PT that doesn't just make my elbow ok, but instead understands how important it is that I have a full recovery of my crimping ability.  I live on the East side so I've been traveling to Seattle to get some of the excellent medical care available in the big city.  My closest big city is Wenatchee, but am considering traveling to the westside for PT if it's good.  Any ideas out there?  Thank you so much!

P.S.  Also, if anyone else has had a UCL tear and has had a positive recovery I'd love to hear your beta on what worked and what didn't work.  Be well!

Without a doubt, go to Chris Allen in Leavenworth.  He's a PT who's also a climber and understands what you will need to shred again.

Following up on this topic, anyone have recommendation on physical therapists who are also climbers in the Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond area? Thanks!

Hey! I am one of the owners of HIDEF Physical Therapy and we have clinics in Renton, Seattle, Bellevue, and Covington. We specialize in sports injuries and treat a ton of climbers. Would love to help anyone out who is interested! We offer free injury assessments.

Dr. Brendan Donohue is a climber/skier focused physical therapist. Highly recommend. I chose the non operative approach for my grade three torn acl, mcl and medial meniscus and I've been working with him over the past few months. I have seen significant progress and my entire program is based on climbing.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
