Calaveras dome- lesser-known routes?

So far, I've been to Calaveras Dome twice, and both times have been fantastic!  I've climbed Wall of the Worlds, Silk Road/High Times, and Schizophrenic Dike, all of which were incredible climbs.  I'd love to find out more information about the area, but details on the internet are pretty scant.  I'm particularly interested in Rainbow Arch, Green Sponge, Karakoram Highway, and Rastaman Vibrations.  Does anyone know if there is a guidebook with topos of these routes?

Cal Dome is so damn cool.

There is a book, but you will have to contact Will Cottrell to get it. Poke around on Clint Cummins website and you should be able to figure out how to get in touch with Will (provided he is still willing to sell books...PDF really).

Yeah, Clint's site is great!  I've been browsing that since my days of climbing in Washington in high school.  Any idea what Will's guidebook looks like?  I might be interested.

Here is an example of one of Will's topos (Luke states that he modified it, but it is more or less identical):

That topo is nice!  We ended up climbing most of the short routes in that dense area based on that one topo.  Thanks for the link- if the others are of similar quality, I'd definitely be interested in more.

If youre having trouble accessing the guidebook and paying Will let me know.

Donation to local area non-profit and I'd send it but try to get a hold of Will first

Hey Mike,

Has there been any recent development since 2006? I haven't been out there in a while.

Morning, I have heard that in the past few years a handful new routes have been put up at Cal Dome but did not get any details on them. cheers Mike A.

The fabled Cal Domes guidebook. So far as I know, there are only three in print. I have one, and you'll have to kill me for it. Or climb with me ;-)

I thought that if  you emailed/paid will cottrell, he would send you a print out?

In any event, Cal dome is great, but I would be a bit cautious about going on the more obscure routes unless you are prepared to deal with old bolts.

Well I wouldn't turn that opportunity down! (The climbing, of course...)

A follow-up: I emailed Will Cottrell and got a PDF of the guidebook for $15 I think.  It's a great-looking guide, I can't wait to put it to use!  Gotta up my OW game and go for the Rainbow Arch...

Those were the weed cultivators not climbers. Now that weed is legal it should be mellow.
