Sorry, woMEN can also be Hardmen. Geez. After all, we are all (more or less) HUMAN, FFS. 

FWIW, "guys", in my circle, is simply a group of people you are speaking to at the moment. Example, a flock of too rowdy kids: "GUYS!!! SETTLE DOWN!!"

This thread is not going to turn into a debate over political correctness in climbing.  This thread was created too determine the definition of a real climber. Mountain project is no place to discuss your political opinions, it is a forum for real climbers.....
