Recovery from Sternoclavicular joint dislocation

Hi,

A while back i've dislocated my sc joint. Happend while climbing, held on to a hold for dear life while I should have let go.
Went to see a Doctor, he decided not to perform surgery since the ligaments were not torn completely. The bone is still sticking out though, and will be forever but the structure should be able to adapt. I don't experience a lot of pain during the day exept for when I start to put pressure on the joint, for example: lifting a heavy bag.
Had to take six weeks of rest, after which I should be able to slowly start climbing again.
The six weeks have almost past but I don't have an idea where to start. I'm a bit afraid I might put to much pressure on the joint by starting with climbing right away

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this type of injury and perhaps has some tips on the rehabilitation.

Thanks
