Camper Van Dodge Ram Van 2500 V8 1997 SF Bay Area

Hi there

After a 4-month climbing trip in the west of the usa with us, this dodge van is looking for a new owner in late August. It's an old van but it will drive you surely and host you comfortably !
It has quite a high clearance for a non SUV van. The A/C is working very well and there is a cruise control. The living set up is all wood - and can be easily removed if you want. It includes a very comfortable Queen size bed with a lot of room below, and some beside it. There is also a storage shelf, convenient for food, cooking stuff, toiletries or whatever.
It comes with : sheets, blanket and pillows, curtains, storage boxes, stove, pan, tarp, cooler, water tank, etc.

it has a pretty good gas mileage arround 18 MPG !

We got the van checked by Safebuy 4 months ago, after which we did most of the suggested repairs - see report in picture. If you are interested, feel free to double check it !

Repairs we did : we saved all the receipt
* - New tires -7000 miles ago
* - New transmission cooler line hose
* - New brakes -7000 miles ago
* - Alignment -7000 miles ago
* - A/C
* - Wipers
* - New front wheel bearings -both sides
* - Oil changed at 137 139 miles and 141 200 miles -we have a new oil filter, just waiting to be changed
* - Smog Test.

NOTE : the windshield is bit cracked and the rear passenger handle is broken but we did a « home » repair that allows you open the door from the inside or from the front window if necessary - we think it adds character.

We stay arround Berkeley so it's possible to visit the van around the Bay area.

Yes, it's an old one, but run pretty well and with a good gas mileage.
It has 144 000mi now.
We let it for $4000 !

Look at the Craiglist adds in the bay area, go to the used car dealer and then you'll definitely change your mind !

Ohh I'm just saying, I think it's a great deal. I can't have 2 vans though you know?
