BeastFingers (Grippul) is a dishonest company

I'm not usually one to rant on the internet, but I had a really bad experience with this company. Short version of the story is they took my money in late February and I still don't have a product. Nearly 3 months now. The pattern I see from them goes: |

Personally, I had great experience with them. Product is bit overrated but customer service was fine. |

Interesting to hear I wasn't the only one, Mike. According to my bank, Beastfingers never refunded the money even after the bank itself went after them. I got the money back through the dispute process, but in essence I think this means BeastFingers scammed Wells Fargo out of ~$75 (!!!!!!). Seem crazy considering the competition in the space...... |

Out of stock currently, but due to restock any day now. I have two and love them. Can't beat the customer service or shipping speed either. |

My experience purchasing a grippul was similar. I repeatedly asked for refunds because they were not shipping the product. They ignored me and delayed for months, until I finally received the grippul months later than it was supposed to be sent. |

For info on another possible alternative, I recently purchased a Gripster and had a positive experience. Good product. Arrived 4 days after purchase. |

We are asking for another chance. We want to prove to everyone that we can provide excellent customer service if just given another chance. I know it was very aggravating for those who thought we were dishonest because they didn't get their product in a timely manner. We get it. We understand. We just had a situation getting supplies that put us way behind in getting out the product. So This Time It Will Be better. We promise and guarantee. My gf ordered me a grippul 2 for Xmas. Showed up in a timely matter. I did see many people complain on IG in the past about products not arriving. I have mine and I’m pleased. |

2020 update, ordered the Grippul XL and it arrived on time. No issues here. |
