Winnemucca Rock Climbing

Hey ya’ll. Just wondering if anybody knows of any unestablished places to climb near Winnemucca? I’m talking about within an hour!

Also, any pointers into developing an area in BLM land? Procedures? Bolting tips? Thanks in advanced! 

Hey there - did you ever get any info on this? I'm living in Winnemucca for the summer, just arrived, and am looking to learn where to get on some rocks within an hour or two! I'm only versed in sport climbs so feel pretty limited, and have also been challenged by what seems like a general lack of info for any climbing in this region of NV - Red Rock takes all the limelight!
