Sizing for la sportiva solutions

How much do la sportiva solutions stretch? I wear a size 7 womens and the shoe hurts pretty good right now and was just hoping I didn't go to small 

Did you check out SizeSquirrel ? We have thousands of users shoes on there, and it'll give you a pretty good representation of what size other people wear....

They didn't stretch significantly in my experience.

Just got a brand new pair. They fit pretty much the same as my old pair thats 2 years old

Thanks for the help I think I have decided to step it up in size!

it's usually pretty hard to stretch a shoe out that has that much rubber around the toebox

How much do people normally size down on these?
