Hip Resurfacing Rehab Exercises for Climbing

I had hip resurfacing and I am 4 weeks post op. 

1. Who else has had this procedure?

2. What exercises have you done in preparation to get back climbing?

3. How long did you wait before climbing after surgery?

4. What helped you feel confident that you were ready to start climbing again?

I want to hear all about your experience.

Was it a pincer cam issue? Any soft tissue damage? I had a labrum and resurface to fix a pincer cam last May.
