Hello - I have a DAS Parka brand new with tags..men's medium in Grecian Blue with red interior. They don't make this warm, cult favorite anymore...$175 shipped in conti-US. If you need a pic, I can post one tonight. Thank you! |

Jerome - I did not mention the word "cheap" in my ad...so not sure where you're coming from, but the link you posted has more expensive used jackets....so I guess I am actually selling a brand new DAS for cheap, eh? Thanks PJ for backing me up! |

This post violated Guideline #1 and has been removed.

I mean, you can find large and small hyperpuff (the DAS replacement) for $179 before shipping direct from Patagonia, so I guess it could be a little cheaper, but honestly, this is a competitive price. |

Free bump. Not sure why other people are being dicks in your for sale thread. |

Climbing community: Remember rule #1!!! Thanks for the interest. |

Can you please post a pic? Thanks |

DAS is an amazing jacket....I just have way too many and thought this might be something that someone was looking for as winter seems to have finally arrived. I bought it on sale last year and paid more than I am asking.... FYI: $87 parkas without a hood are not the same jacket!! |

Roots wrote: Buhp I guess? Agreed DAS is a great jacket but having used the HP Parka (which for $87 does come factory equipped with a helmet-compatible hood and is extra long/covers my butt) there is no contest. Though build quality feels slightly cheaper in some way (I think it's the shell fabric?) it is a lot loftier and warmer than the DAS though so far (4 months) it is less packable. |

Aidan Raviv wrote: The HyperPuff is all long continous fill - the DAS is half long half short (primaloft gold). Primaloft gold is slightly higher CLO at first, but very quickly degrades (like after just a few compressions). So the old DAS probably compresses a bit better but theoretically the HyperPuff will last longer. The big difference however is the fit - this DAS is cut much looser more like a belay jacket (made to be layered) whereas the HyperPuff is super tapered and slim fit. Lot of complaints there. Anyways Im going to stop derailing this guys for sale thread but in summary they are very very different jackets - and since the DAS isnt made anymore anyone wanting one is going to make a new one pretty valuable at some point..... |

I'm off to Ouray for a few days...I'll bump it once more when I get back. After that, I'll gladly keep it for me to use next winter. Thanks for all the support! |

Interested in some kind of trade for my HyperPuff Parka? Unfortunately it doesn't fit me but I am looking for a synthetic... |
