Does anyone know of a route that starts at either the lake balnche or butterfork trail heads and ends in little cottonwood? If not is there anything further up near Brighton?

Dry hiking...maybe? The WURL, wasatch upper range link-up, goes all the way around Little Cottonwood box canyon, following the ridge.

I know you can summit mt superior via a road and trail network in BCC and then descend into LCC via the normal mt superior trail. Or even better, climb the south ridge of mt superior and then descend into BCC. Not sure where that puts you out in BCC, though.

I want to dry hike it in the sumer/fall. I have heard that you can use the lake blanche trail and then head past sundial peak to get to superior. I was not told the exact route though. Is there anything that uses cardif pass but not superior?

It would be bushwacking up talus and scree from hell. Cardiff Pass would be more easily reached from Mill B in BCC, but again, no established trail and much easier on skis/skins in the winter.

Tons of fun ways to get from BCC to LCC. Easiest by far is heading up Catherine Pass or Twin Lakes Pass from Brighton. Other options include going past Blanche (really not that hard - plenty of good ways to attain the ridge and then get to Superior), heading up Mineral Fork, or summiting the Twins and then staying on the ridge down to Superior. Post up in the Wasatch Mountain Wranglers group on FB and you'll get good info.

I suppose, but after having done it in both dry and in winter on skis, I'm heavily biased toward the comparative ease of the latter.

I'd reverse it and go Lisa Falls up and over Twin Peaks and down to the S curves, hiking down Lisa Falls wouldnt be fun.
