Grivel Tech Machine head wobble

One of my tools has developed a slight wobble in the head back and forth in line with the shaft and a little less so in a twisting manner but not in a straight side to side. My tools have a chrome rivet at the top of the shaft and a small hollow pin beneath that, the pins have a tendency to work out to one side or the other on occasion, I just knock em back flush. I did a google image search and have noticed that some pics of the tech machine have no rivet while others have a single rivet but lack the hollow pins mine have. Has Grivel had issues with the head attachment and fixed it? Anyone else have this problem? I don't think it's particularly dangerous or feel like the head is going to come off. More than anything it's annoying and it occasionally sets my hear a flutter when I'm on a small hold. I was thinking of splooging a small amount of epoxy around the head base and seeing if I could work it down into the shaft a bit but thought I'd check here and see if anyone has had similar issues and maybe come up with a fix. Thanks for any input.

If they're loose I would contact Grivel or Liberty Mountain (the US distributor) about a replacement.

damn, be easy on those things, and oil those bolts FFS.  Like Ryan said, contact Grivel or Liberty Mountain Sports.  They should take care of you.

The visible beating the top of shaft has taken can be resolved( once the head is secure again) with a thin pad of foam and layers of duct tape.  I have put it on most tools that did not come with a factory installed shaft shield or coated in some kind of rubber layer.  Saves wear and tear, plus a bit of a shock absorber on your hands too.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
