Living and working in Leavenworth and Stevens pass area

Im planning on moving to the Leavenworth area around late september early october. I plan on staying through the winter and working part time at Stevens pass as a snowboard instructor. Can anyone give me advice on other jobs out there and also what is the living situation like in this town. If anyone out there knows of any positions available for this time of year or is looking for a room-mate please get in touch!
