Not sure exactly, but a quick internet search shows my recent pains as:
pes anserine bursitis

Running, climbing, ice hockey, and skiing do not bother it. I notice it in my daily movements, but none of the beforementioned activities aggravate it.

This year I've promised to work the inverted roof crack in my gym. This is really pissing it off. Anyone have any experience with this?

I rolled it last night with a knobbed roller and flat roller, I went pretty hard on it as I thought I was helping it. Today my pain is extreme, even knife-like in certain sensitivity spots...

WebMDssss says stretching/strengthening blah blah blah... isn't there a magic poof?

How can I heal this without losing progress on my roof!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
