Hi, I'm going to be in Phoenix for a short time and I'm looking to get climbing shoes. There are no local stores where I live. Who has the widest selection of climbing shoes in Phoenix? Also I lead easy sport(5.8 and occasionally 5.9) and even easier trad (5.6). I was going to go check out the Pond in Queen Creek Canyon and I'm planning to head down to Tuscon area to see Saguaro NP, does anyone have easy climbing recommendations down there? Thanks! Hal

Phoenix isn't too great for getting shoes either. You can pick up mad rocks at Focus gym, a small selection of 5.10 at AZ hiking shack and the general assortment of sportiva, 5.10, and evolv at REI. REI is probably your best bet if you're looking for selection. REI in Tempe has more than the REI in Paradise Valley last time I checked.
