Beaty Boulders--San Angelo, TX?

I am in San Angelo, Texas for the weekend--does anyone know if Beaty Boulders is still around/accessible? I found an old post on rockclimbing.com (from 2006!) but don't see it in this app. Any info would be greatly appreciated--thanks!

Did you ever climb at Beaty? I'm here for 3 weeks and im curious as to the condition and accessibility of this spot.

Sorry for the late reply! The spot is easy to access, but I didn't feel safe bouldering. Few places for a crash pad, lots of cacti. There were some stray anchors, so if you have a belay partner you could have some fun...but who knows the quality of those old anchors? Did you go? I will be there Labor Day weekend if you will still be there!

There's some neat little problems down there. You gotta dig for them. Also, I weighted one of the bolts in 2014 (the most noticeable one), pulled my belay up off the ground and it didnt budge...
