Heading up to Moore's Wall for some trad this weekend. Anyone have any good recommendations for somewhere near the crag to camp, or any other tips for the area?

Camp Jomeoki. Super cool spot. 20 a night, about 15 min. from Moore's. Showers and a nice view of pilot mt. Beer friendly private owned. Should be on Google

The Hanging Rock State Park campground is also a good choice. It's possible (although longer) to do the approach to Moore's from that side. If you've never been to Moore's, do some easy routes to get a feel for the place. The grades are honest, but may feel stiff depending on where you are coming from (i.e. it's not the Red). The gear is solid, but can require some thought. It's a great crag! Hope you have fun.

I'm planning on heading up that way within the next couple weeks. This info will be helpful, thanks!

Jomeokee campground. Right off the highway. It's never busy and the people that own it are super cool. Best way to go if you want a chill spot close to moores and pilot. No state park rules. No gate so call ahead and come in as late as you want, you can pay in the morning.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
