I'm looking for ideas on crampons that would fit on these shoes..... Sometimes I'm too lazy, or just really don't want to wear boots for a short section of approach snow.

Petzl flex lock bails in my opinion are the most narrow, and you'll probably have the best luck getting a pair of Irvis or vasak's to fit.

Another option is a very aggressive micro spike system, which for short easy snow will work fine.

I'll second Max here. If you're looking to deal with snow - as opposed to water ice - go with microspikes. Kahtoola's are the standard, but Hillsound just came out with a clone that has more spikes under your foot than the Kahtoolahs. Same price.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
