Rice Bucket Workout

Has anybody ever consistently done the rice bucket workout? Have you noticed any improvements of any sort? Is it a worthwhile workout to take up? |

This is my favorite. Fill buckets with water, carry buckets, don't lower buckets. Repeat. |

Those are the least helpful links on the subject i have seen. Will is right on. Builds antagonist. I do it after a hangboard workout typically. The dpm video covers the exercises. Nothing new, martial artists have been doing this for years. Try push ups as well. |

Could someone recommend clean rice, that keeps ur hands clean of white residue post work out? |

Don't wake the dead!! Wash your hands??? Or try rinsing the rice in a colander. |
