I have had a headlamp and a handheld flashlight from LED Lenser for around two years now and felt I should spread the word about them.
First, these lights are very well priced and exceptionally made. I have put both through the rigors of automotive work, fire and rescue work, countless nights on rock and even spelunking. They have been saturated by rain, submersed in motor oil and beaten against rocks, and they still work perfectly. Both the headlamp and the handheld are 200 lumens max which is bright enough to light up your entire campsite/boulder/accident scene.
The headlamp is slim, light and brilliant. I have worn this for hours at a time with no complaints. The adjustments are fluid and intuitive. I opted for the AAA version for extended outings, but it is also available as a rechargeable.
The handheld feels excellent and is equally bright. The construction is bomb-proof and I have put this through the ringer. This came with a USB charger and base that easily mounted to my car's center console.
After two years of abuse I lost the charger for the handheld model and could not find the right one on their website, so I called them. They told me to send the light in, which initially upset me because I just wanted to buy a charger for it, but I complied because I had no other choice. Within a week or so they had delivered their latest model of handheld to me complete with cool new magnetic charging system and brighter (220 lumen) bulb.
TL;DR: Well made. Fair Prices. Outstanding customer service.
As an added benefit, Led Lenser is owned by leatherman tool group, which far and away is the worlds best multi tool IMO. I only played with their lights in the leatherman factory store, but definitely fell in love (as much as a man can fall in love with a headlamp!). I'm sure I'll end up leaving my Princeton Tec too close to the campfire again soon, and now I know what I'm going to replace it with.
