I've had a problem with my 2013 Ford Sportsmobile in 4 wheel drive low. Front wheels spin w/no traction...kind of a buz kill...any ideas?

Thanks David

Its possible that the transfer case is not fully engaging in low range. I have an 87 FJ60 and there was a time shortly after 300,000 miles that it would only partially engage or pop out of low range with a resultant buzz saw sound. The Cruisers have mechanical linkage and a adjustment was needed. Now it fully engages and stays there under load and on hills.

He thinks it would be cheaper though than the truck/camper combo and he likes the idea of more space/standing room. Any more suggestions would be great or if anyone knows about the new promaster and can provide info. Thanks!
Here is an extremely detailed van build out you might be interested in. Not a climber, but a full time van dweller.

I hear the dodge promaster diesel gets mad good fuel miledge? Still only FWD just did 10k mile trip in my 03 Astro AWD 19.5 mpg but it is a bit tight with 2 people. Cargo box on the roof, super nice bed w/ storeadge underneath but no room for an indoor kitchen.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
