My girlfriends huge white fluffy and super friendly Great Pyrenees is missing from west Denver. We believe someone has stolen her. Please keep an eye out. It is a hard dog to miss as she is so big. I doubt she would ever make it to a climbing area but she could be in any neighborhood. My girlfriend just lost her husband and this dog has helped her deal with the grief. I know this is a longshot, but still...... There is a big reward!!!! Let me know if anyone has any leads. Thanx, Mia

Brutal, Sorry to hear that, my eyes are peeled. I'm pretty sure I would do horrible things to someone if they stole my pup! Good luck, sending positive vibes! D Retz

Thanx for being mature. I know it is easy for all of us on MP to be a bit sassy. I cant even imagine how hard it would be to first loose a husband/wife/partner and then have someone steal my dog. I just want to help my friend out and I am trying through all social media I know. I just hope someone out there may know something.

I saw this post and all sorts of awesome witty comments about dogs started flowing through my brain. But shoot, if Jeremy can be mature I can do it too. If he shows up in California I will beat the peson that has him. Otherwise I will send good luck y'alls way.

Did you want to share the name of the dog? Does it respond well to its name?

Her name is Betsy. And yes she responds. She is all love and super friendly. I am going to start combing my friends neighborhood with reward fliers. She is traumatized and need help. Thanx all for extra eyes. Mia

Bummer, I work at Urban Vet Care located in the Highlands area of Denver. Post up a photo on here if you have one and I will alert our hospital staff to keep an eye out for Betsy.

Missing/stolen from just south of the Highlands area. Near Sloan Lake. I will get a pic soon hopefully. But think huge and solid white. I think the reward will easily buy a new rack..........lol Again thanx for additional eyes.

Update!!!! Betsy has been found! Thanx for all extra eyes and ears. The fliers did work. She was indeed stolen but somebody really wanted the reward so it led to a happy ending.

Congratulations. That is my favourite breed, my wife and I want one but we live near downtown Denver, not a great place for a Pyranees. I see those things all over Colorado protecting the sheep herds, very special dogs.

Princess Mia......great news regarding Betsy. You might suggest to your girlfriend that she get Betsy MICROCHIPPED. Depending on the vet or shelter it can be fairly inexpensive and it could save Betsy's life should this happen again, or she gets lost, or end up in a shelter.

Yes we are all happy about her return. It amazes me too that someone would steal a dog. Benjamin - she is chipped. I reckon all pets should be.

Who stole the dog. I may need to serve up a healthy can of ass whoop. The law won't do this situation justice.
