mens climbing capri's?

Mtn Hardware pants designed by none other than Ueli Steck a couple seasons back. Called the "Ridgetop", 3/4 length, soft shell pant, I have 3 pair, for sale $40, Large (new with tags or just new) black. Perfect summer alpine pant. Not bad as a winter pant in the right temps if you have the right boot/sock combo and move quickly. I like how a 3/4 pant clears your feet in crampons and on rock.

Soft shell knicker length pant. Call them what you will worked well in wool for several generations. Gramicci did the same in a nice weight canvas pant that was great on rock. Not sure anyone ever noticed..and no one ever commented to me in person one way or the other.

Since when did battlescars become lame? You can fight it all you want but manpris, 3/4 length pants and lycra are F'n lame so please stop trying to justify it. Scars have stood the test of time, but there's a reason why lycra, perms & hair metal bands went away with the 80's.

Not a bad idea for a really rugged pair of manpri's. I got a couple pair of Arborwear's not being used, might take the scissors to them. Question is,,,what is the 'legal' length for capri-manpri pants? Just touching knee? mid calf is 3/4 length, so is that too long? How much leg do we show guys, to still retain our manhood while wearing such clothing? This is a Must Answer question for the good of all MP climbing men out here.
