Try pickin' up a copy of "Hiking the Wasatch" by John Veranth. Any hiking trail is good for trail running.

I find that book to be unbelievable frustrating. Check out the mountain bike books...same trails you'd be running on and put together way better

The Bonnevile Shoreline Trails (BST) are the best IMO because they aren't too steep. Many other trails in the WF go up/down canyons, and there is limited "running" you can actually do on them. The Little Cottonwood creek trail is also very good. There are some cool trails out on Antelope Island as well, which seem to hold less snow in the winter.

+1 for the Little Cottonwood creek trail. In the heart of winter it is a nice lazy snowshoe spot, great for families. In the fall, spring, and summer it is a great trail running spot.

Mill creek has loads:
Dog lake
Church fork to grandeur
Pipeline if you want less up and down

Lake Blanche and twin peaks area

Any stretch of the Wasatch 100

Whitepine trailhead has a weeks worth of options

When it gets hot
Wasatch crest
Alta area

More trails than you can shake a stick at - you just have to point yourself towards something of interest and you will find a trail.

Well, it be that first you must find a train. Then run along side it. Try checking by railroad tracks, they have some of the best trains.

Seriously - if you're going to post, at least put some effort into it and spell correctly so we have an idea of what you are talking about.
