Sooo, there is this new website called "The Clymb" www.theclymb.com . It's pretty cool as it allows prodeal (50-70% off) pricing for 3 days at a time on select outdoor merchandise (some companies they have featured so far are Zeal Optics, Mountainsmith, DaKine). As far as I understand there is no catch. I've been a member for a while, got a pair of Zeal goggles for dirt-cheap. Haven't gotten any annoying emails or anything yet. As far as I know it's legit. I assume that they receive a portion of sales and in turn gear manufacturers get good exposure in the outdoor recreation industry. |
