Could someone confirm if this is a picture of the East Pocket climbing area or not?

Photo taken from Brins Mesa Trail in Sedona (off Dry Creek Road), looking North and up at the Rim.

Thanks, Erik

Not quite sure, kind of hard to say.

If you were on the Brins trail and not the Vultee trail then Wilson Mountain should be the only thing you see.

I took a few minutes lookin at Cheap Way to Fly, the Coconino NF map, and the Experience Sedona map.

If you were near Vultee Arch and took this pic then maybe you captured East Pocket climbs.

I think the climbing is on the north side of Narrow Canyon.

Brins Mesa is about 5 miles from East Pocket areas. Fire Tower or the climbing.

But the trail does go for 3 miles NW to SE.

I always looked up from 89 through Oak Creek Canyon and thought you could see the climbing from there around the Slide Rock area.

Lets look at Google Earth.
