Who is the most famous climber you have ever met? What circumstances?

Went up in the Indian Peaks today-weather was trying to make up its' mind. Found myself sitting on a boulder; reminiscing about friends, and wishing I'd had the chance to talk once more before they left.

I met the guy who won ouray this year. I think his name was ashton kutcher.

I met Chris Sharma at the Red Rock Rendezvous in 2010 in the parking lot of the rendezvous. We talked for about ten minutes. He was a really cool down to earth guy who seemed more interested in me and what I was climbing than I pretended to be in him (I was a bit star struck but played it off as best as possible). Really nice guy. He didn't at any point give the impression that he was the top dawg and his shit didn't stink like some of the other pro climbers I have met.

I met Tori Allen climbing in Rumney in 2002 or 2003 i dont remember. We were stuck trying to lead a route. Along comes Tori who led it for us in about 20 seconds. It was awesome to see her climb and to talk to her but we could barely finish the route on toprope so most of our group felt pretty beat down.
