Studio for Sublease/Rent - Eldorado Springs $1600/mo

I am looking to sublease the studio I am renting in Eldorado Springs for the remainder of the term (8/31) beginning on 5/1, with the option of signing a 1-year lease come September. It's located within Canyon Views Properties, right behind the pool on the north side of town. The studio has a kitchen, bathroom, living room/bedroom, and a finished loft that can be used for either sleeping or storage. I'm moving out so it will be unfurnished. Tenant gets one parking spot. Pets are allowed with a deposit. No laundry on site but Table Mesa laundromat is 10 min away. Let me know if you're interested and I'd be happy to send pictures/arrange a showing.
