Con artist Jeff Caldwell - con man/scammer podcast episode

Was looking for that old thread from that Melissa girl about being swindled by this guy in Colorado Springs but MP removed it. Was wondering if this asshole was back in jail yet. Found a podcast online, so thought I'd post to see what others have heard. I'm only half way through the first part but it mentions MP and Melissa is in it, telling her story. (start at about 3:40)

We took that post down because he was threatening to press defamation charges. He is still out there. I am being interviewed for a new story about him. Apparently he is back in jail in El Paso County but due to be released next year. When I know more about his whereabouts I will update on here. 

It’s not defamation if it us true. So if it i Is  accurate you shouldn’t be intimidated to take the post down. That’s one of Trump’s favorite tactics—threatening to sue for defamation, though he rarely actually does so ( because he would lose).

The problem with false defamation cases is it becomes a massive financial headache for a few years even if the case gets thrown out eventually.  If you are lucky and live in a state with anti slap laws you can maybe get lawyers fees back years later.

It's laughable that he would even try a defamation case, as he has zero money to hire a lawyer and no lawyer would waste their time on him anyway. So rest assured you can discuss the truth of Jeff freely here.

I looked him up, he's in Territorial in Canon City. Not EPC jail. Not too far away though!
