El Chorro beta from an EC resident

Perfect.  Thanks!  For some reason google maps wouldn't load 'terrain' for that place, but I was able to find it on caltopo and figure out which road is downhill from the other.  For folks similarly confused, it's the left-most of the roads.  (the spring is also on caltopo labeled Fuente de Matiañez)

Dou you have any beta for finding a taxi company that would take us from El Chorro out to Valle de Abdalajis? Last time we didn't manage to wrap our heads around the rural taxi companies. Next time we'd like to finally make that day trip (without renting a car). 

i don't know of any in EC. maybe search in Valle. car rentals are cheaper than taxis. I am paying 2 euros per day for my next rental
