“First Steps” - New section of Alpinesavvy for beginner climbers While the majority of posts on my website are geared for more intermediate and advanced levels, there are many articles that can be helpful for newer folks. To make it easier to find these, I made a new section of my website with articles useful for people starting on the climbing path. If you want to start breaking in to alpine objectives start learning and leading trad multi pitch. That’s literally the only barrier to entry other than being really fit, you’ll find in alpine climbing that the approaches are fucking massive, be ready. You can also go somewhere like red rock where you get all the fun of being in the alpine while being relatively close to civilization. https://xender.vip/ |
