This Treadwall Model S is a turn of the century vintage workhorse—fully functional, retro with the bumps/scrapes/cosmetic rust to prove it, and ready to take your indoor training to the next level. Free standing and self-powered, so no need to plug it in. You set the pace, and it’ll keep climbing with you using an adjustable speed hydraulic mechanism, facilitating easy warm-ups to unfathomable pump-fests.

Specifications - Free standing. ~10ft tall by ~7ft wide by 6ft long with 6ft wide climbing surface, ~21ft of settable terrain with ~256 t-nuts to keep the movement engaging. Adjustable wall angle from +10 to -15 (more if you place back end on blocks) with wheel mechanism. Sale will come with ~250 holds (varied assortment, make, and sizes - >$500 value) for your setting endeavors.

This thing is ready for its next training dojo. Currently disassembled in Iowa City, Iowa and ready to be hauled. Happy to attest to its training merits. Eric Horst calls it a secret weapon for time-crunched climbers in maintaining fitness, training power endurance, and honing technique. Message or text for questions (515.423.4357).

Funny, this used to be my Treadwall, in Rhode Island, I sold it to someone in KY. For clarification, this model is a Treadwall AM (not S) from around 1996. treadwallfitness.com/wp-con…

Those are Urban Plastic blue jugs which are fairly spendy. There is no auto stop feature found on current TW models on this unit, it relied on a wire top rope set up to engage a break in the hydraulic box. Totally overbuilt, will likely last another 30 years if cared for properly. Not having the safety cover on the top would be a concern as you can pinch your hand between panels.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
