Hello there! I am from Costa Rica but will make a road trip through Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming! I wondered where to base my camp in the Denver/Boulder area where I can get the most out of my climbing. I would love to hear some recommendations. (I am a v4-v6 climber) looking to have some fun in the time I'll be there and climb as much as I can! So if you guys have any specific area you recommend that holds a bunch of boulders I would greatly appreciate your input! Thanks so much in advance!

When is your trip? Best place to visit depends on time of year.
Generally, Denver/Boulder isn't ideal for a road trip. Especially if by "base your camp" you literally mean camping -- not really available in the city. You're better off going to places a bit further out in the mountains.
Guanella Pass area could be a good base. Nice mountain area about an hour from Denver, good bouldering. The bouldering gets busy there, but that's a good thing since you can meet people.
