Did you inform the publisher of those mistakes? There's a lot of editing work that goes in to these books, sometimes things just get missed. 

Stop piling on to local guidebook authors. It's a big job and nobody's perfect. Any guidebook is a public service.

Someone could easily start a thread with a list of errata if they wanted some useful work.
There used to be a webpage like that for Secor's guidebook.
